How to use the SOCO ball launcher?

1.Make sure the ball launcher is fully charged before 1st use.

Please use the included Type-C USB charging cable to charge the ball launcher (USB power adapter is not included)If you use a 2A adapter, it will takes 5 hours to fully charge the machine(1A adapter will takes 10 hours ).When battery fully charged, the battery status indicator will flash green light.The ball launcher CAN’T work when being charged.

2.Turn the launcher on by pressing the ON/OFF button on the bottom

The play time after fully charged is 3-5 hours.Please turn off the ball launcher when not in use to save battery power. The ball launcher will be OFF when not in use for more than 30 minutes. Please press the distance setting button for 3 seconds to turn it back ON .

3.Press the Distance Setting button on control panel once to choose distance

By default, the distance is set at 10ft when the ball launcher is turned on. To change the distance, press the Distance Setting button on control panel once for 20 ft, and twice for 30 ft.

4.Drop only ONE Ball into the hole on the top of launcher.

The ball will be launched in about 5 seconds.Then drop in another ball after the internal ball roller stops rolling.When the battery level is below 25%, the red light will flash to remind you to charge the device. If the voltage drops below the lithium battery protection voltage, the machine will automatically shut down. Only after recharging and turning the machine on (using the switch at the bottom) can it be used again.

You drop the ball or train your dog to throw a ball in.

Encourage your dog to pick up the ball. In the beginning, you need to shoot the ball multiple times.

2. The function of the ball launcher would be affected if the ball is damaged, dirty or wet.

3. Do not use in the rain or snow. Do not pour water into the machine. Do not leave outside in the weather.

4. Please make sure there is no one standing in front of the ball launcher when it is launching the ball.

5. Do not place your hand inside the launch pocket.

6. Please keep a close watch on your dog when playing. Supervised play will help the toys last longer and most importantly keep your dog safe.

7. No dog toy is truly indestructible, always remove the toy from playtime if pieces begin to break off.
