An Upgrade from the traditional retractable leash.
I have much better control of the leash with the thick retractable ribbon. My 65lb dog has broken leashes in the past by just pulling. The locking mechanism is easy to lock and unlock. The body/handle of the leash seems durable and well made. I feel as though it’ll last a while.

Very sturdy and the leash part is thicker than most retractable leashes which make me feel more comfortable that it won’t break. The handle is larger than I expected but it’s not that big of a deal.

This is a great leash. It extends and retracts easily. I use it daily and it has held up well

It seems to work well.
I’ve used it 6 or 8 times. It seems to be well made, but you can’t see the internal mechanisms. It was packaged nicely. So far so good. I try not to let my 60 lb American Pit pull directly on it by keeping a bit of slack in my other hand. I bought this one because of the rating and the price.

Heavy leash, seemingly durable
I was looking for a retractable leash for my monster for longer walks and days I have fatigue. This is nothing fancy, but for the price this is a fairly good quality leash. The handle is heavy (if you want something lightweight, this is not the option). The strap is thick and is strong enough to handle my 45 pound girl (even in those moments of her pulling). I have noticed some minor fraying near the clasp, but nothing that has directly impacted the strength of the leash. The locking mechanism works well, it took me a moment to get accustomed to it’s placement and direction to lock the device. The grasp works well to rein in the dog as well. The length is suitable for a retractable leash. Overall this seems to be a durable leash. It’s nothing special or attractive, but it is functional for it’s purpose.
