Best automatic litter box I’ve owned so far!
I’ve had this automatic litter box for a little over two weeks now, and honestly, it’s the best one I’ve used so far. I bought it for two of my cats (only one showed up for photos though), and they adjusted to it quicker than I expected.One thing I really appreciate is how quiet and smooth this newer model is. My cats aren’t easily startled but with a noisier unit in the past, I remember one of them jumping out mid-cycle. With this one, I’ve never had that problem, which gives me real confidence that they’ll keep using it long-term. As a bonus, the waste drawer is a good size, very easy to empty, and very well-designed. The odor control actually works, which is one of the most important aspect. This makes it possible to place the device in a bedroom or in a family room as a part of interior.Setup was straightforward and the instructions were clear— always a relief since I hate complicated assembly.I’ve used several PetSafe products before, and I already trust their build quality and support (the one time I contacted them, it was a great experience). This litter box feels like another win, and I’m genuinely glad I bought it. It’s definitely lowered the daily maintenance burden for me.If you’re juggling more than one cat or just tired of scooping every day, this box is worth serious consideration. In my experience, PetSafe continues to be one of the best in the industry.

Reliable, Clean, and Easy to Use!
I’ve used a few automatic litter boxes in my day, and I have 4 cats of varying ages, so I feel pretty well qualified to write a review for this!Setup was as simple as it gets. It came mostly assembled right out of the box, all I had to do was snap the legs in and slide the tray under. There is an app to download but it was easy to use and clear, and I got it added no problems. This design makes it easy to add litter without having to move it around. I like to use Arm and Hammer slide, and it’s worked well.The box does a great job detecting when our cats go inside, and I like that I can change the delay between use and cleaning to help absorption. I’m finding this litter box really easy to clean because it’s so open. We aren’t having any issues with smell or leaking, and I think the open top is helping it feel cleaner. We’ve had issues before with the closed boxes getting dirty over time and the cats don’t want to use it, but not here!It’s raised off the ground, but my senior cats have been able to get in and out just fine. If they couldn’t I’d just get a ramp or stairs. I also have a few larger cats, and they’ve had no problems getting in and being able to turn around.Overall I’m thrilled with this purchase. For how often it’s used and how much we rely on it I think it’s a great value, and has been working very reliably. I’m definitely a fan!

Great litterbox! The app takes some getting used to.
I was so excited to get this litterbox! I have two others that do not have an app, so I was thrilled to try one that allows me to monitor my cats weight and usage. It is sturdy and simple to put together. My only complaint is in the directions. You have to scan a QR code to get the directions for assembly and startup. The app is a bit confusing and it took an hour to figure out where to go for what and how to change from metric to imperial measures. The litterbox itself is just as good as I hoped, and that’s the main thing you want. I deducted one star for the app as it’s design is unclear and confusing. I’m sure I will adjust to it’s use in time. I still highly recommend this item as with older cats, monitoring their weight is important for their health.

Honestly so worth it!
This litter box is actually so good. I used to hate scooping litter every day, but with this one, I barely have to touch it for like two weeks. It cleans itself after my cat uses it, and it’s not loud or anything it just does the job.It also keeps everything smelling clean, which is a huge plus. I thought the open design might smell bad, but it’s not a problem at all. The little drawer that catches the waste seals up pretty tight.What surprised me the most was the app. It tells you when your cat uses the litter box and even tracks stuff like their weight. Kinda cool, especially if you want to make sure your pet’s doing okay.Only downside is it’s a bit expensive, but honestly, for how much easier it makes my life, I think it’s worth it. If you have a cat and don’t want to deal with the mess every day, this is the way to go.

This is such a nice device, I have been using it for a week so far and I absolutely love this self cleaning cat litter box. I have 4 cats and they poop a lot (they are all healthy, don’t worry haha) because they eat so much and I didn’t mind cleaning their 3 litter boxes daily but this device is such a relief. Very easy to set up, comes with everything you need to and clear instructions you can follow step by step. If you want to customize it to your desire you can download the app which is available for apple and android and it’s also very easy to set up and allows you to change the delay clean setting which in my experience is best to set between 15-20 minutes, especially if cats are getting used to the machine so that they don’t get scare that easily. You can also lock buttons in app with the child lock setting , turn off lights and if you plan on using one of these cat litter boxes in your bedroom you can turn on sleep mode.There is a function that I find nice too and it’s the registry of cats weight which I find very helpful if you have cats that deal with health issues. Machine looks very nice and aesthetic so I don’t really found a reason to hide it. I plan on buying more of these cause I have really enjoyed the experience and freedom this provides. I just need to remove the trash bag a couple times a week and that’s all the effort I need to make apart from monthly cleaning the machine and changing the litter box. About the Noise Level I can say that I’ve been using my first one in my office and there’s no problem at all with the noise, very low and nothing too disturbing and annoying. I definitely recommend this self cleaning cat litter box!
