Very modern little box for my cat
I bought this sandbox because I was going away for a few days for the New Year holidays.I started using it as soon as it arrived, and it’s been eight days so far, and everything is as expected. My cat became very friendly with me very quickly, and the litter box works great. We used to use a regular litter box, and switching to this one with the automatic cleaning function has been amazing—it cleans very thoroughly and doesn’t smell as bad as a regular litter box, love this product according to price.

Clean, Quiet, and Worth Every Penny
This PetSafe ScoopFree system is solid and sturdy, giving me confidence that it will last a long time. The enclosed design fits perfectly in my space and helps keep everything neat and contained. For the price, the value of money is fantastic considering how much time it saves and how well it controls odors. The overall litter box quality feels premium, with smooth mechanisms and reliable automatic cleaning. It also runs very quietly, which keeps my cat comfortable and my home peaceful.

overall not bad
My cat took to using it pretty immediately, although she was and still is a bit scared of the automatic cleaning when it turns on. I haven’t noticed too much odor unless its right after my cat has used the litter and before its been raked, or if the tray is reaching the end of its life and needs to be replaced soon — and that’s only if I’m standing right next to it. And keep in mind that right now I’m keeping this litter box in a small enclosed room where I sleep and work. It overall does a good job of cleaning, although if my cat has a had a more liquidy/wet poop, then that can get stuck onto the rake and leave little poop pieces in the litter that don’t get swept under the trap. Also, despite the size of the litter area not being as big as my cat’s previous litter box, she still uses it well and has no issues with it.However, one con is that I feel like there is actually quite a bit of scatter and tracking. I was using pine pellet litter before and the tracking and scatter was pretty minimal, but now I find crystal litter pieces sometimes halfway across the room and they’re really annoying to step on and requires frequent cleaning which kind of goes against the whole point of getting an automatic litter box. Moreover, since this is a litter that absorbs urine, it’s kind of gross if those crystal litter pieces get tracked and scattered around.

Perfect for large kitties that don’t fit inside spherical litter boxes like Litter Robot.
This litter box is great. It works way better than my Litter Robot 4 and is far easier to clean. I recommend buying a reusable pan instead of using the disposable ones, but the disposable ones work fine too if you find them easier to deal with.

Petsafe PRO version NOT worth the money!
First off, I think it is poor business for Petsafe to now REQUIRE you to use ONLY their litter pans – either the prefilled cardboard disposable ones (very expensive) or their all-metal reusable one (another $50). I am a long-time user of Petsafe crystal litter boxes. This is the 3rd one I’ve owned, and I thought the new and improved PRO version would be just that. Instead, it’s a money maker for the reasons listed above! How do they track this?? The litter pans now have chips on them that the litterbox reads and keeps track of how many times the litter box has completed a rake cycle. For the $200+ these things cost now, it’s not worth it, and I will never buy another Petsafe litter box again!!

Better than anything else I’ve tried
I have three cats so the litter box is a busy place. This works well. Of course there is still some tracking but this product takes care of the majority of the mess. This mat is also a generous size. Also, the texture is soft so it seems to be easy on the paws.

Tray-Life Indicator Tray only?
I like this product but my rake is not working because I am not using the tray that has a tray-life indictator? Very frusttrating, I cannot find one anywhere

Just set it and forget it
What a fabulous product. Cleaning litter boxes used to be a nasty chore. This is easy to set up and automatically scoops the litter as your cat uses the box. I have multiple cats and they have no problem sharing this. Keeps the smell at a minimum and clean up is a breeze

I wanted a smaller mat for my cat litter box as we keep it in a small space in the house. She really enjoys scratching at it for a few seconds when she gets out of the litter box to help get all of the litter off of her feet. It does what it is supposed to do, I definitely recommend it.

Very happy with this purchase, the floor was always messy with grains when my cats came out of the litter box, this carpet is durable, my cat tried to scratch it and didn’t even make a hole in it, the carpet doesn’t slip stay’s in place, very good product, I recommend it.
