Works! Easy for two Cats. Livesafer.
Hours of digging poop and pee no more! I have a Kitten and and Young one. I was able to combine their litter in one with this one. I hit a button and it cleans, hides the smell in a compartment. Instead of spending 2 hours a day sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, I feel so happy that the cats are taken care off and love the always clean surface to step into.

Best money I ever spent. Cats love it, we love it! Bought this 5 months ago, we have 3 cats using this one litter box and our house has never smelled better! It uses way less litter than we used to with regular cat box and all I have to do is change the bag every few days, top it off with a little litter every few as well. Easy peasy! Now you do have to give it a good deep clean about every 1.5 to 2 months but that’s not that bad. Even if this breaks on me tomorrow I feel I have gotten my money’s worth due to the convenience and elimination of odor in my house and would buy a replacement in a hearth beat without a second thought. Engineered very well. Kudos to PETKIT!

Overall, I like the product. Functional as expected. Very slick design and ease of use. A lot of people complain about this product leaking but so far it hasn’t yet. I will update later if it does.My product doesn’t come with odor spray so I end up buying one from other website. After receiving the odor spray kit, it didn’t fit into the side hatch door because it was missing a hook to attach the sprayer.Apparently, if you don’t buy the whole package with the odor spray, the litter box won’t come with a special side hatch that you to hang the odor sprayer.I try to contact customer service to buy a special hatch door separately but no respond until now.I took out 1 star because of bad customer service.Another star because of the incompatible side hatch door. Why don’t you guy provide a side hatch door with an option to attach the odor sprayer if one decide not to buy the whole bundle ?Updates:I contacted customer service and they willing to ship me a free side hatch door that hook the Odor sprayer. I just need to pay $12.99 for shipping. I think it’s pretty nice of them so I add 1 more star for post-customer service.Also, cleaning was super easy. Everything part is removable to clean.

I love how it made my house cleaner and my life easier.
I am so happy with this litter box. My cat adapted to it super quick and from the first day, he abandoned his previous litter box immediately and used this box with no problem.It made my life much easier. It controls the odor really good and as a bonus, I can keep an eye on my cat’s weight and the number of litter box usage. It is easy to take it apart and wash, though since the drum is bulky, it is kind of hard to handle it if you wash it on the bathroom. It is easy to wash with pressured water, though it has some hard to reach spots. Mostly I use wipes to spot clean, and only wash it when it is really dirty.Anither thing that you need to pay attention is “empty litter” function. If the litter box is full, the dump box cannot hold all of it and it will spill over. So, use this function when the litter is around minimum level. The box can handle this amount no problem.Make sure that the litter box is on a rigid surface. If you use it on carpet, it won’t detect your cat properly and so the auto clean mode won’t work. I used a office chair mat under the box and it works perfectly fine.Although the entrance is low enough, a small step at the entrance would be better. I put a generic step at the entrance and it made it easier for my cat to get in. This is not a must, but good to have.Over all, I am very happy with it. It made both my life and may cat’s life easier.

I have the older style feeders and was disappointed they changed to the removable steel bowls after I got them. Thank goodness this is an option to upgrade. We also find our ceramic dishes fit nicely in the holder for between washing use.

Tenho a versão antiga deste comedouro e sempre achei que lhe faltava uma taça de metal, porque é menos prejudicial do que o plástico. Comprei a taça nova e adapta-se perfeitamente ao comedouro antigo! A parte de plástico é magnética, encaixa perfeitamente no comedouro e fica no sítio. A taça de metal sai facilmente para lavagem. Torna-se também um pouco mais pequena do que a que vinha com o meu comedouro. Não podia estar mais contente com esta compra! Recomendo.
