Great and Affordable Litter Box
Overall, I love this litter box. It’s rather cost effective and it’s super easy use. I like it so much, I got two of them. I change the bags once a week and then top off litter as needed. There isn’t an odor and it’s been great. It was a learning curve on which litter I liked best in the there, as I was switching from pretty litter (which isn’t clay nor clumps). I found that just using simple clay clumping works best. You can se the time it takes in between cleanings and it cleans a couple minutes after the cat goes. I do find it difficult to clean the excess litter out if it gets stuck, but just poking it, running an empty cycle, seems to work best. Overall, I REALLY like this box! It also looks nice and fits under the table I have pet things on.

I love this cat box , it’s easy to set up and easy to use . I use arm and hammer clumping litter and it works well. There’s next to no smell for the box ethier and the company offering a lifetime warranty which brings me peace of mind if the box or accessories break down or become lost . It’s fits great underneath our bathroom sink and is sturdy and looks nice in its placement . I highly recommend this product for all cat owners and to save yourself time and energy in scooping the dirty mess left behind as it’s automatic .

Pros – great for multiple cats, can go a week before changing the bag. Easy to put together. Price point is not bad in comparison to other models. I love the convience of the of litter box.Cons- the hole for the cats to enter is a bit small for my larger cat and she won’t use it. I wish it came apart for easier cleaning. If not cleaned well it will smell.

Clean, quiet and perfect for my cats.
My cats and I love this litter box. It is easy to setup and works quietly. I use Tidy Cat clumping cat litter and that works perfectly. Changing the bag is quite easy when it gets full. Yes, I do have to vacuum up some loose litter but that would happen with a normal litter box. I usually have to empty my bag every 4-5 days as I have a large number of cats.

I was so excited to receive this automatic cat litter box. I literally met the UPS man outside to get it. I was that excited. The first use was easy to set up. It’s smaller than I expected. The cleaning cycle is fairly quiet and the cats were interested in it. However, the unit runs a deodorizing cycle after the cleaning and it is extremely loud. You can hear it throughout the house. It scared the cats. It wakes up the kids. It’s actually pretty obnoxious. I contacted the company immediately the next day and received a prompt response. No solution yet to the problem but they are sending me a video on how to take the unit apart. I will update my review if the problem is resolved and I don’t end up sending the unit back by the end of the week. It’s a shame because I was really looking forward to an affordable automatic cat litter box, but at this point, I’d rather go back to scooping .UPDATE #1 August 2024: after going back-and-forth with customer service we were unable to resolve the noise problem so they sent me a new unit. The new unit is whisper, quiet and works perfectly. I can honestly say I was very happy with customer service. Since we had a new unit, my son decided to take apart the loud unit and found that the fan is a very cheap piece of plastic that was bent. Oddly, this fan is located in its own separate plastic box that has no connection to the drum itself. We are wondering what it’s supposed to be fanning? Either way I’m happy with how much quieter this new unit is.UPDATE#2 SEPTEMBER 2024So I’ve had a chance to really use this automatic litter box for sometime now. I will say that I would give the customer service five stars, but this box is less than desirable. The first problem is that urine leaks out the back and out the front and I have included pictures. Perhaps it’s the way my cat pees but either way it makes quite the mess. Also, because the gray mat does not form a complete seal on the inside when my cat pees, if it hits the side of the drum, it rolls underneath the mat as well as the cat litter and this forms a concrete like substance that is extremely difficult to remove.. I can understand now why the unit smells because urine has leaked out the back as well as out the front. You can find the urine underneath the drum itself along with litter that has fallen out the front. I have tried to use the litter guard but I believe when the cat is pawing the litter it pulls the guard right off into the drum and it ended up in the waste bag. It was buried in cat waste. It was absolutely disgusting. Now in order to wash the unit, when you take it outside it is not easy to hose out. The small opening has a rim and that makes it difficult to get water and litter out of it. FYI the litter does not completely empty when the drum rotates to change out all litter. It is very difficult to scrub the inside of the drum because the opening is small. I can tell you I was completely frustrated, angry and annoyed cleaning this product. It took me so much more time than to hose out a regular litter box. Just to be clear, I change the bags every three days and I wash the bin weekly. I don’t allow this to sit for a long time to become extra dirty and I would expect cleaning it should be a simple task. I assure you it is not. I have included photos of where the problems are. Again I will say the customer service is outstanding but their automatic litter box needs some redesign. I would not purchase this product again. I’m happy to say I got it on sale for $270 But I’m also sad to say I am out $270. I hope this helps and I hope that they will fix some of the problems with this automatic litter box.UPDATE #3 October: I’ve lowered to 1 star and would be really happy to give it a negative star. This will be the last update as I have cleaned it for the LAST time. Probably more mad today because it just took a total of 40 min to clean the drum, mat base and the floor around it. To add insult while hosing off the concrete litter stiuck to the bottom of the drum, a lovely splash of litter water ricocheted onto my face!! My arms and legs are covered in nasty litter box water! I am done with this POS!!

I would recommend this litter box
I have had the PurrTek Max for a little over a month and I am pleased with it. There is no smell once it cleans the litter. I have two cats and two litter boxes and I have to change the litter bag once a week or a little over a week. Changing the litter bags are simple and easy. I have taken it completely apart to deep clean it once so far and that was simple. The app you can use to clean it etc. is nice and simple. I really like the step for the litter box- it helps the cats get in and catches the stray litter from them. I wish there was a notification option to let you know the litter tray is full. If you check the app it will show that it’s normal or full but you have to check it. I just make a mental note to check it daily. We have had 2 previous auto litter boxes and returned them- they were a pain to clean. I would recommend to my friends.

Great addition to our household!
This automatic litter box has been a game-changer for us. It didn’t take long for our cats to adjust to it. (We had been using pine pellet litter, so they might have enjoyed the different texture of the clay litter once they experienced it.) It runs smoothly, cleans up easliy, and best of all, we can leave our cats for a couple of days knowing they’ll have a clean litter box every time. This has saved us money and worry on cats sitters. We have two cats and this litter box is *just* big enough for them if we take the small plastic grate off the front to give them more room to come and go. It was a bummer to go from eco-friendly pine pellet litter to clay, and when it’s time to clean the whole thing (once a month or so), it’s a bit cumbersome, but works just fine in the tub. A great addition to our household. We’re all happier, and the cats are, too!

I’ve been using this robot cat litter box and I’m really happy with it. I did have a small issue with my first unit, but the customer service was amazing—they responded right away and replaced it with a brand new one. The new unit works perfectly, it’s quiet, keeps the smell down, and has made cleaning so much easier.I really appreciate a company that stands behind their product and treats customers well. Good evening, here’s my Amazon review on PETCOVE :I have bought Petcove in September of this year. I have 3 adult cats and I suffer from severe arthritis and I can no longer shovel and clean my cats litter every day.I dared try to stretch it to 3 days and had a real feline riot!This is when I considered buying Petcove and I must admit « it saved my life ».Petcove is interesting because I can monitor everything from my cellphone and the beauty of it all is each time a cat needs to relieve itself the litter ends up being cleaned and deodorized every time! HELP. I have had this in operation for a month. and in the past week i am noticing the “cleaning/scooping” cycle is not effective. my collection bag is filling with NON-clumped litter, making a waste of product, adding unnecessary weight to the refuse bag and then not functioning. WHAT could be affecting this?? The machine has stopped in positions that my cat cannot even enter and therefore doing bathroom on the floor.
