Love the 360 action! And the limit on treats flown out!
Pros: great camera. Ability to customize the amount of treats flung out each time. It is quiet. Doesn’t end up hopping towards the edge of the shelf like the original one the has such a strong spring action.Cons: number one is the dinky bark sounds like a 2 lbs pocket pal kind of dog. What is that? Even with volume up, that is not even close to a real dog bark. You have to make a custom one to get your dog’s attention I feel with this, especially if they are not around.It doesn’t come with very clear instructions on what the extra pieces are for or how to assemble. I had to look up on YouTube and figure it out. There is two spring pins (one extra). The extra plate with holes is for different sized treats. Reason why one has square holes and one installed has round. There isn’t instruction on how to even open the lid, I was looking for a pop up button etc. and you just pull it off. It says the top can be used for wireless phone charger? I didn’t research that, just read it somewhere. It was difficult to set up the Bluetooth pairing as well. Took several attempts and it finally paired.Doesn’t have a very big hopper space for treats.When first plugged in, it did a weird full scan of the room which I found odd, with a pink light. Then after it flings it scans again, not sure why. Maybe there is something in the settings, haven’t messed with all that yet.Overall I would say from the original one we have which still works great (minus having to push it back every so often. ) it is probably the most bang for the buck. It has more room for treats, flings more, camera is good.The 360 one is a great product but I can see it definitely has room for improvement based on the comparison from our original to this new one. There are definite differences.Please fix the bark, need bigger hopper space.

I really like that you can share the account with multiple people. Unfortunately my Samsung Galaxy 24 wouldn’t work with it for hook up. The only negative I’ve found is the treat container is relatively small.

! saw this and immediately HAD to have it!! We don’t leave our dogs alone very often, but when we do, we are the dog parents that constantly wonder how they are doing and hurry home to them.This takes so much worry away when we are gone. We have had other varieties of indoor camera but this is the first that can shoot treats and I am NOT disappointed at all!Size wise, it is a little bigger and harder to make not noticeable but it worth it being seen. Set up took a few different tries as it wouldn’t connect to my phone, I had to restart it quite a few times but haven’t had any issues since. The camera is easily accessed through an app on your phone- It does lag quite a bit to get the camera going and again when you shoot the treats a lot of times the camera freezes so you can’t see them actually get the treat. However when it doesn’t you can take photos and videos which makes for some really cute candid moments!There are a lot of great features, but they do need some improving.You can talk through it which is a nice feature, but the sound is VERY quiet. We tested it out while we were home a lot so our dogs would get used to the sound, and whenever treats are chosen to feed a small barking sound plays to grab their attention. It was about 50/50 on if they heard the sound play or not. The camera also has portion control so you can shoot multiple rounds of treats with one click. It does shoot more than one sometimes, we used training size treats to fill but we haven’t had any issues with them getting stuck.Camera quality isn’t too bad, you can choose a variety of different video qualities ( it does affect load time the higher you go), and there is a decent night vision if the room isn’t too big.Despite the few improvements it could use I am still SO happy with this order!! My dogs and I love it equally and we have had so much fun playing with it!
