Zippers stayed zipped.
We decided to adopt a cat from the local animal humane society and needed a carrier .I decided on this way because I wasn’t sure if we were actually getting a kitten or a cat. We ended up with a two year old cat.Shadow made himself right at home in it and the zipper stayed zipped. I had read in other reviews people stating the zipper didn’t stay zipped. We had no issues with it.There is a nice soft insert for the bottom of the bag it’s definitely Shadow approved !The bag itself is actually quite nice with outside pockets for keys or your phone .Shadow was able to look out or the side windows . Just for reference he’s two years old and ten pounds. He fit in the carrier comfortably and had some room to move.It does collapse when not in use which is an added bonus .

Fits a toy poodle
Perfect size for my 10lb toy poodle to travel on a plane. The storage pocket is a bonus for toys/snacks. I did switch out the shoulder strap for a wider one I had from another duffle so it’s more comfortable walking through larger airports.

Broke on first use
The zipper broke off the first time we tried to put it together. It’s very flimsy. We’re returning it. This isn’t worth it at all.

Cat can escape.
Not escape proof. Bought this for a larger cat who does not do well on car rides. This is suppose to be escape proof but he was out of the carrier within 15 minutes.

Great Dog Carrier
Love it! The only down side is that it doesn’t hold itself up very well. It very it to store because it collapses very well. I do like how the is the clips on the zippers. So my dog can’t move the zippers and get out.

This carrier is Great for our 11 pound cat! She was plenty of viewing pleasure and there are easy to use access points to pet her or give her treats through. I am thankful that I can strap her carrier in the car for Safety concerns. Using the long shoulder strap makes it easy to carry the carrier. I feel she is safer in this carrier than the older hard shell carriers.

I think for many typical small pet / travel use cases, this carrier is a solid choice. If you have a cat or small dog (under ~16–18 lb) and you’ll use it for car rides, vet trips, maybe short flights, it checks a lot of boxes (pockets, zippers, foldable, storage, good size).However — if you have a larger dog, or your pet is very active/moves around a lot in the carrier, or you’ll be traveling in more demanding conditions (long flights, rough carriers, needing extra sturdiness), then you might want to step up to a more heavy-duty carrier (hard sided, more internal space, higher weight rating)

“This carrier is gorgeous, and if I needed it for everyday use, I would have definitely kept it.Unfortunately, it doesn’t have metal wires inside the side walls, and since I need a carrier for air travel, I had to return it and buy one that’s a bit less stylish but sturdier, to make sure my dog is well protected under the plane seat.I truly loved the look of this carrier and would absolutely buy it again in different circumstances.”
