Nice for Viewing
First off, one of the rubber bands snapped on me, easily replaced with elastic hair ties, cut my finger trying to put it together, the paper plaster to protect the plastic was a pain to get off and there where still a few scratches on it, and the lid is kind of creaky which spooks my spider. Otherwise, it’s a fun, nicely sized container that my tarantula is now enjoying. It’s stayed together for two weeks now and I hope it continues to do so in the future. The scratches on it are barely even noticeable and it’s super clear and ventilated. The only thing I’d really change is how creaky the lid can be. Otherwise, a pretty good container you put together by hand.

Disappointed
This enclosure was just what I wanted but was really disappointed in the top cover being scratched and hairline cracks around the feeder hole and the magnetic lock is flimsy and doesn’t hold very well I bought two so I will see how the other one looks when I build it I would have returned it but needed it badly so I had to use it.i was hoping for better

Hermit crab tank
I got this for my hermit crab and it actually turned out a lot better than expected! I put sand in it and it sealed nice and tight and didn’t let any of the sand out! Pretty good little starter cage!

A note on overall security and escapability
Overall a good product for the price, you get what you oh pay for(it’s a cheap product at a cheap price), but with some very dangerous escape flaws depending on the critter you plan to keep in there. You can read more elaboration below and decide for yourself if these should be a concern for you or your little friend. Flaws were exploited by a common desert centipede and a tiger salamander. Product also does not have a waterproof bottom like the Zilla Micro Habitats so depending on moisture needs it also might not work for you.First the air holes are very large, a critter like a centipede will easily slip out. I tested this with one of my centipedes and he immediately found the exploit and started to slither through. Having a venomous centipede lost in your house is a good way to piss off your loved ones.Second, I let one of my Salamanders check it out and “Rocco” immediately was able to pop open the lid and showed off his escape skills. The lid is secured by a single magnet that has very little strength so any critter that can reach and apply upwards force would open the lid. I image it could be fine for a tarantula but I wouldn’t risk it with any of my furry spoods. So I’d say any snake or reptile owner should avoid this unless it is a very small speciment and even then it’s just not a great design. You have to take in account substrate level too, the higher the substrate the more these holes or low security lid is in reach. So make a smart judgement call.However this enclosure will be put to good use housing a culture of my isopods. I’m keeping the substrate and leaf litter low enough that they can’t reach the holes. It’s very clear and offers a lot of floor space. I normally keep my isopods in storage containers and cheap sterlite containers. I’ll see over time if humidity becomes challenging given the amble amount of ventilation.

Perfect for hermit crabs
This tank is really cute and perfect size for our 3 hermit crabs. We put hermit crab sand on the bottom. I am not giving 5 stars because the top feel flimsy and I am adraid it won’t last long. It was very easy to put together.
