Big time game changer
As a fulltime college student, and work part-time with two jobs, time to clean up after three cats is a tight schedule to keep. I purchased this self-cleaning litter box as an experiment to see if I could free up some time. This is a game changer. My cats love it and so do I.It arrived earlier than expected, set up was a breeze, only thing during set up and it took me a couple weeks to realize, there is a specific way to attach legs so that the drawer does not catch on to them. The unit itself is quite when in operation. Cat box smell was gone within a week of beginning use.I went from completely cleaning out two cat boxes twice a week to emptying a bag once every 5-7 days.I use a lot less cat litter compared to before getting this unit. I do not have to vacuum around the cat box every day to keep up the stray litter that goes with traditional cat boxes. The mat catches everything and holds it within the mat.It is just so easy to clean, it is very light weight, and the cleanout mode makes it so easy when it is time to change the litter. I do recommend using clumping litter to help remove urine waste from the fresh litter. I have not experienced urine leakage from the unit as of yet. I will never go back to traditional cat boxes after this one.My dogs do not like it now that they cannot get to the waste (yuck).Now my mother-in-law is looking at getting one for her home of four cats.

Keeps the Litter Box Fresh Every Day
At first, I was skeptical about whether the price of this automatic cat litter box was too high. But it turned out that it was quite easy to use.I really like the appearance of this litter box – simple and elegant. Unlike the cumbersome and ugly styles I used before. I was originally worried that the cats would refuse to use it. It took the cats a few days to adapt to it, and now they are proficient in using it, saving me a lot of trouble. This application greatly facilitates my use. The connection process is a bit slow, and later I asked the customer service, who patiently answered and found that it was a problem with the network settings. This litter box needs to be connected to 2.4G WiFi. I can check the usage of the litter box and track the health information of the cats through my phone – all of this can be done without my personal operation, even when I’m out. I no longer have to guess or check every day.During the cleaning process, the sound won’t scare my cats. That’s really great. Unlike noisy appliances, even at night, its buzzing sound won’t disturb my rest.The cleaning work is also excellent. It can sort out the garbage without leaving large pieces of garbage residue. The drawer design can lock out the odor and the effect is quite good – I will wipe this litter box every few days, and the overall cleaning is much easier than manually scooping cat litter.It simplifies my daily care process and makes my home cleaner and tidier. Currently, I really like this litter box.

Missing Step
The machine itself is amazing, the only reason it is not getting 5 stars is because it didn’t come complete. The step that helps cats get in it is missing and we have a 14 year old cat that could use it. Oh and it definitely doesn’t give you a accurate weight of the cat that is in the box. But the function of the box is perfect. It looks like we can get 2-3 days before changing the box and we have 3 cats. Excellent purchase

Smell lingers
I bought this because I figured the smell of litter and waste would be minimized. I had a pets smart open automatic one before and honestly that worked better. Not sure if it’s the litter because the pets smart one used the crystal litter and this uses the regular clumping litter. But the smell is not as contained as I’d like it to be. Pretty bummed.

Extremely satisfied!
This smart litter box is truly amazing! It cleans quickly and quietly, so my cat isn’t scared at all. The remote management function via the app is fantastic; I can check on my cat’s littering habits even when I’m not home—convenient and thoughtful. The safety design is commendable; after testing, I found it immediately pauses when a cat approaches, providing excellent protection. The included mat and litter bags are also very practical; it’s ready to use right out of the box, making it incredibly convenient!

Overall good for multiple cat homes
I’ve had this for a few weeks now. It is overall great! I like that you can customize how soon after a cat uses it that it cleans, but I keep it at 1 minute to minimize odor. The app tells you when you need to change the collection bin (for my 2 cats, it’s about every 4-5 days). It keeps track of how many times each day the litter box was used, and the cats weight which is nice. The app log is a little confusing to read though. It was easy to set up and took me maybe 15-20 minutes to figure it all out. I use a clay based litter in it. I like that it stops when it senses motion in the entrance, which keeps my cats safe. Sometimes it takes a while to clean because they keep sticking their heads in to investigate, even weeks later. It is also very quiet!IMPORTANT— make sure to check when the litter runs low, and refill the litter or it creates a poopy urine mess that the cats hate. It can be hard to deep clean if you don’t have a hose to spray out the bin and once the poop/pee dries.I got it on a Black Friday sale and think it’s worth the money. Having multiple cats, I had to scoop multiple times a day, but now, I only have to empty the collection bin a couple times a week. It’s good at minimizing odor (but is not perfect obviously). I do keep a few odor removing items near the box and an air purifier running constantly. The one downside is gnats tend to grow in the collection box… haven’t figured out how to stop that yet. I do add baking soda to the collection bin and litter to help with odor.Overall, I like it. It is large and takes up a good amount of space due to its height. I would also maybe add a non-slip litter mat under, since litter tends to come flying out when the cats leave, and it gets everywhere. The step does a good job of collecting litter from the digging and I vacuum around the box daily to get litter off the floor.
