Great cat mat
Last year, I purchased the small heating pad for my cats in error, thinking I was receiving the large.It’s a great heating pad and withstood a lot of cat use, problem being, they get into cat slaps at 2:30 in the morning over who gets it.My youngest is not feeling well, and her older brother, keeps taking it from her. I had to break down and get the large one and I received it today. This human is very happy with it. Plenty of room, soft, durable and well made.I’m looking forward to a good nights rest. 😁

Kitty approved warmth
Kitty approved warmth. It has a shut off timer and comes with a removable soft cover to protect from claws. We put another blanket on top of it to give extra claw protection. We have been trying to get our cat interested in sleeping on her perch instead of in our bed on cold nights. This warming pad will do the trick.

Good product but misleading marketing photo.
Here is the northeast where Eversource rakes people over the coals to heat their homes, I keep my home very cool. My poor lil pup prefers it warmer. So I bought this heating pad for him to keep warm. He really likes it. Now instead of following me around the house, he just lays on it and watches me go. He’ll also sit on it and woof to tell me it’s off, and can I please turn it on. I likeThat I can set the temperature, and set the timer for up to 12 hours. It’s also a nice color, that fits in with the modern aesthetic. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is for the misleading marketing photo. The picture shows a thicker, almost cushion mat, and that’s what I thought I was buying. This is just a plastic heating pad in a fuzzy pillowcase.

Its very durable especially for an outside cat.
My outside cat loves his bed, the covers washable so when he gets it wet or dirty or sheds so much hair I just throw it in the wash and put it back on his mat. I love that it stays on allnight too or however long he needs it to. Unfortunately I lost mine or someone stole it so I have to order another one but I will be ordering another one of these as my cat slept peacefully and comfortably and warm during the cold and wet fall and winter times. It wasnt super expensive and I was surprised at how durable it was considering we had it for a year and it still worked, the size was perfect for his lil house we built him and it did well in the rain as well or snow but I of course had our cat in a Lil house under our covered porch so it did get wet and I thought it was going to short out but it still worked. Thanks i will be ordering him another one. Can’t wait for it to get here.

There is NOT a “Warranty”
1-STAR REVIEW FOR WARRANTY!This heating pad was great for 11 months. It began shutting off during use. The product description says it has a 1 year warranty, however, neither myself nor Amazon CSR could find the manufacturer contact information. My initial product review was 5-stars, and when it worked, it was excellent. The ability to control the exact temperature and timer up to 24 hours makes this a superb item for different pets with various degrees of “normal body temperature.” As a disabled person on a fixed income, warranties are always my buying priority. This warranty is impossible to utilize. Buyer Beware. 🙁

Great heated pad
Good heated pad, I use it for my 2 cats. The cord is thick so they can’t chew through it and it only heats when they lay on it. I’ve had it for a few months now and it still works great.

Solid heating pad, but temp settings need to be lower.
Overall, the cat bed is pretty good. My sole complaint is the lowest temp is still way to hot. The wattage should be lower. It’s meant as a heating suppliment, not a primary heating source. So, if the lowest temp was say 40 degrees to a maximum of 80 degrees, IMHO, it would be a 5. My older cat can only sleep on it (at 80 setting) for a short bit before he’s uncomfortable and moves off it. Again, lower the wattage and you’d have a winner.
