What sizes of treats should I use while using function of treat tossing?
This dog treat dispenser can only accommodate treats ranging from 8mm to 12mm, or this machine will get stuck.
Why treats can not be tossed while using this function?
Treats may not reach the food distribution port while using this machine for the first time. Please click the “Feed” icon on the APP interface several more times to wait for the treats to be distributed.
Why this dog treat dispenser launches so much treat at a time?
Machine may not be responed to your command right away when you click “Feed” icon once because of Internet dalay, and machine may be responded to all your commands at one time when you click “Feed” icon so many times.

Love
My cats love this. I’m training them to use the toilet, and they get a treat when they do. They’ll hop on the toilet, do theit business and run right to this thing because they know goodies are about to pop out

Easy Set Up, Great Pictures.
This has a nice wide angle lens that gives me nice shots of the whole room, while at the same time, the pictures don’t look distorted. I’m very happy with it and it was easy to set up, except for occasional user error. It was a great price, and it is good quality. I think it will last for years.

Great, use small treats!
I like this a lot, it makes me feel better being away from my dogs for longer periods when I can check in on them. One dog gets a little scared when the treats come out, but the other one loves it! I would suggest really small treats. I used the large blue buffalo bits, but they were too big and didn’t come out well. The regular small dog blue buffalo bits worked well!Overall I really like it.

Treat tomahawk missile
Good camera. Not a treat dispenser it’s a treat catapult. Cats are terrified but the app is cool and the motion detection screenshot is cool to verify my cats are still alive while on vacation.

BEST pet treat dispenser on the market
This is the ONLY cat tosser dispenser like this that actually works! The spinner inside is made of a silicone material so it doesn’t get jammed the way the other products like this one do that are made of plastic. I have this set on a timer to toss treats 3x a day. It’s totally customizable. It had a good amount of space that I don’t need to fill it too frequently- holds a lot of treats. And my cats absolutely LOVE chasing them. I have it set to 5am so they don’t bother me for food in the morning. It’s the BEST product of its kind. I HIGHLY recommend.

Treats jam and often fail to drop.
Setup was simple and the app works surprisingly well. However, the treat dispenser frequently fails to drop a treat. It will make a clicking noise but nothing comes out. Treats get clogged up in the mechanism and it’s useless until you totally clean it out. I was attempting to use this for some training, but it’s not suitable since treats only come out half the time. Very frustrating for me and my dog.

It’s not 5G…
The ad says this is 5G, but it won’t connect. It will be returned for this reason. My router is controlled by an outside company so I have call in to switch it to 2.4Ghz. That’s why I purposely picked a 5Ghz unit.

Worked well training for separation anxiety.
The treat dispenser set up to automatically pop out a treat every 20-30 minutes or so provides a good distraction for dogs left alone and helps them learn they can be Ok by themselves for hours – while the owner is away at work. The camera a video app, and especially with microphone voice responses, allows the owner to monitor them and help keep them out of mischief in specific areas visible to the camera. I have helped train 2 dogs, with device, to learn how to feel secure and behave and amuse themselves while their ‘pack leader’ is away. Also a just a lot of fun to just “check in” with your dog every once in a while while you are out.Just let them get used to it giving them treats occasionally, then use it to distract and monitor/control their behavior while alone for increasingly longer period of time over a week or 2 and they should soon learn to stop being anxious and naughty when left alone.
