GREAT Harness
I always check the bad reviews before I buy something. The bad reviews were not that bad, so I ordered it even though I had some concern about the plastic hoop for the leash hook. I have a very big 100 lb+ Great Pyrenees/Blue Heeler mix, who is just 1 yr old and can be difficult to control. Because of my concern, I connected the leash through the grab handle and then clipped it to the plastic hoop. That made the leash shorter but turned out just right and gave me peace of mind that it would hold my strong boy. I also added a metal key ring with the plastic hoop as back-up. We walk 2 miles every day and I have not had any issues at all with the Harness holding him even when he sights a squirrel or bunny that he feels he needs to chase! I get perfect control, and he has nearly stopped trying to chase them at this point. The fit is perfect – I did not even need to adjust the straps, and it does not cause any chaffing or discomfort. My dog is also a Houdini Magician that can escape out of anything but NOT this Harness! He actually likes the harness (seems proud to wear it) and sits very still while I put it on him (unlike the last harness he chewed up!). For those 1 star ratings that said it was difficult to put on, I disagree. This harness (and plenty of treats) has really helped me to train my dog to be a good and obedient walker. Both of us really enjoy our daily walks now.

This no-pull harness is light weight, doesn’t itch your dog, and great fit.
I have a 50 lb. boxer and was used to just using a collar with him when on a leash, but I have much better control with this harness. The no-pull clasp in the front makes it so much easier to control him. It keeps him from taking control. I will not go back to a regular collar now that I know how much better it is to have a no-pull harness. This harness fits him well. The ones I have had in the past make him itch very badly; this one doesn’t. I highly suggest this product. My boxer is close to 50 lbs, and I purchased a large. I don’t keep it very tight around him, and it still fits nicely. This product is durable; I have had no trouble with it in terms of durability. I like how the front latch has a lock on it as well. It gives you confidence that he isn’t going to get out of it. It is very lightweight and comfortable for my dog. None of the others in the past have we been as satisfied as we are with this product. Great price, great product.

Strong sturdy, well built. harness. Size large fits my 45lb puppy great. He ripped the other harness apart pulling so much. This one holds up gewat. I’ve had it for around a month now.

Feeling safe is important.
I feel much safer walking my dog with this harness that doesn’t pull off. Was a little tricky getting used to putting it on at first. My dog seems comfortable wearing it also.

Neck buckle, excellent design, sturdy construction
This harness is fabulous. The neck closure allows you to easily put this harness on any dog, and even more important, take it off again without a battle. The lock on the neck closure is a nifty little feature. The buckles are metal and the quick-release closures are made out of heavy-duty plastic. The stitching is nice, the material is high-quality, the colors are brilliant. It stays firmly in place, with no sliding or shifting from side to side even through very athletic activities or hard pulling sideways on the leash. The bottom and top straps are long enough that the harness doesn’t ride up into the dog’s armpits and you can see that it does not impede the dog’s shoulder or neck motion. Very well designed.I have been putting it on the dogs by unhooking the two girth closures. Then you can drop it on over the dog’s head, pull it back between the front legs, and snap it quickly into place. You can harness a wildly leaping pup while it is airborne. When you get home, unsnap the neck closure and the girth closure on the same side and the harness will just drop off the dog onto the ground. No fuss or struggling.It took about 15 minutes to properly adjust each harness for each dog, but that’s a one-time thing.

Great harness with nice features
Great fiting and well structured harness. Love the hot pink color that stands out. I also like the additional release at the front in case you need to remove without pulling over the head. So far it’s holding up great and has been washed once
