How do I connect the tag to my Android phone?
*Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and network are both turned on.
Must Read Before Purchase — How Tracker Tag Works
Must Read Before Purchase
* All Tracker Tag on the market rely on any nearby smartphones (not just your own) to update their location
* If you need precise location updates every second, please do not buy this product — instead, consider a dedicated GPS tracker (larger and requires a monthly fee)
How do I power the tag on and off?
· To power ON:
Press and hold the button until you hear a long chime (like “ring-ring-ring-ring”).
· To power OFF:
Press and hold the button for 3-5 seconds, then release.
You will hear 2 short beeps.
My tag won’t connect — what should I do?
1. Make sure your phone’s Bluetooth and network are enabled.
2. Follow the manual to perform a factory reset on the tracker.
3. Go to your phone’s Settings → Google → All Services → Devices → Scan for nearby devices.
4. Watch video in product image.
How do I reset the tag to factory settings?
1. Double-click the button.
– You’ll hear 1 beep.
2. Then quickly tap the button 4 more times and on the 5th press, press and hold the button until you hear a long chime (like “ring-ring-ring-ring”).
Why is the location not updating or accurate?
Tag sends out a Bluetooth signal. Nearby anyone’s phones help locate it by sharing their location. So if no phone is nearby, you won’t see a new location update. For real-time track, you’ll need a GPS tracker but they’re bigger and need monthly fee.

Great customer service
I had problems pairing this device. I contacted the company and after following their recommendations, I still was able to solve the problem, they not only refund the cost but also sent a new one. Great company to work with!

Terrible Purchase. Won’t stay paired. Lasted just over a month.
Would not stay paired. After one month it would not pair at all. Deleted and Reinstalled everything. Spent an hour of my life trying to get this thing to work. I’m planning to throw it in a lake so it’s buried deep away from anyone finding it and being cursed.

Somewhat better than nothing.
This locates the tag by pinging android phone via Bluetooth that are in Bluetooth range. It then uses the GPS on the phone to associate the location of the phone in question at the time the phone was near the tag, not the actual tag location. In an area where there are many phones, this will work reasonably well. But if there is no android phone nearby (out doors, camping, etc.) there will be no meaningful location info. This is probably better than nothing. It’s cheaper than other methods (such as Fi locators) but if you are really worried about losing your dog, this may not prove to be helpful in locating the dog. There is a silicone fixture provided to neatly and unobtrusively fit the tag on the band of the dog collar (like that provided with a Fi tag) but said fixture is such that it doesn’t fit many collars. There is an alternative tag fixture that allows the tag to dangle like a typical rabies tag which is probably the best one to use.
