Good question. Here’s how: I own the company. I don’t have to answer to venture capitalists, investment bankers, wall street, or anyone else —except my wife. That keeps my marketing budget in check and my overhead low, which allows me to keep the retail prices reasonable. It’s working out pretty well.

Tons of benefits, great find!
This food has been a great addition to our dogs’ diet. We were looking for supplements for joint support as our dogs are aging, but stumbled across dave’s canned food for hip and joint support. We also saw previous reviews about aiding in digestion, too, which is also something we were interested in as our dogs have sensitive stomachs. After feeding it to our dogs for a few weeks, we can confirm this formula is 10/10! Our dogs look forward to eating it, we’ve noticed a positive change in mobility and coat health, and it’s helped with one of our dogs indigestion. Very happy we found this canned food!

Life saver, money saver!
Love this dog food. My Frenchie got very sick, kept vomiting and very runny diarrhea. She seemed so sad, tired, and unwell. But I couldn’t afford to take her to the vet at the time. Heard good things about bland food, gave it a shot, I was desperate. I fasted her for about 12 hrs, then gave her 3/4 a can of this food twice a day, mixed up with about a cup of water, mashed it until it was baby food consistency, and mixed it with pumpkin powder. It was a LIFE SAVER!! She was back to normal within four to five days. She loved the food, too! She can be a little picky but she scarfed this right on down. It was such a relief. I highly recommend this brand! I love that it has vitamins in it too, sick pups need vitamins and minerals. Such good value too. I will ALWAYS keep some of this dog food on hand from now on! Thank you Dave, for saving me a panic vet hospital trip!! My puppy’s sick tummy thanks you too!

Best dog food for sensitive dogs
My dog was recovering from a stomach operation and this is the food that we put him on and let me tell you he loved it and he had great bathroom movements. It was perfect for his stomach. Very good ingredients no illness.

Perfect bland food when needed
Our dog has occasional stomach issues. He is a smart, but sensitive dog that has separation anxiety & who also gets seasonal allergies. This food is a life saver. I can rely on it to use on the spot when his stomach acts up. I do not have to quick cook up hamburger & rice to use for bland meals until his stomach settles down.
