Great company!
3/5/24 UPDATESo I want to start by saying that my dog has been wearing these EVERY time she goes out in the yard to do her business, which is multiple times per day.Unfortunately, in the 3 months since I purchased these, they’ve come apart and are no longer staying on. Shortly after the 30 day return window, the pull tie broke on one boot. I contacted the company via email, but was told that I would have to go through Amazon since I purchased here. I didn’t bother as I was outside the return window and I was able to tie it secure enough to stay on her.I’ve also been able to put them in the washer and dryer no problem, although I would recommend not putting them in with linty or fuzzy stuff or you’ll spend a lot of time pulling it out of the Velcro.In the last few weeks, the Velcro has started pulling away from the straps, probably with the help of my dog, who can now get out of all of them quickly.I suppose they are okay considering they lasted 3 months with multiple uses per day before becoming completely useless, but they’re way too expensive to have to replace every few months. I’ve attached a picture of their current state.I may try one more pair, but I’ll order directly from the company website this time.I still stand by the company. They’re great to work with when you order directly from them, which I will be doing from now on.Original review:Canada Pooch gear is top notch for dogs, I cannot recommend their products enough. I usually order directly from their website, but needed these asap and was able to get them faster and less expensive with Prime.I have a pitbull who is a master of getting out of boots. She’s allergic to basically everything out in the yard and her feet frequently bleed.THESE BOOTS STAY ON.They stay on! They’re tall enough she can’t shimmy out of them-and she tries-but the combo of the Velcro strap with the pull tie keep them firmly on her feet!After a few weeks, no more bleeding. The fur on the top of the toe that was the worst is actually growing back.Yes, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for. These are worth the money.I got size 4. My dog is 64 pounds and her front pawsmeasure 3L x 2.5W

Fits well and great for snow.
Fits great on my bernedoodle. Took her out on a few walks and she played in the snow with these booties on. Stayed on her paws and didn’t seem to bother her. She stepped in numerous puddles and her paws stayed dry. Photo shows her wearing just the front booties. I was getting her used to wearing them at that time.

They are well made but a bit too heavy for small dog.
They are well made. They stayed on feet but a bit too heavy for my small 11 lb. Coton de Tulear to walk in. I hope they can have lighter materials.

I have purchased and returned at least a dozen or more boots for my dog to protect her paws in the snow. This is a great pair. Super easy to get on her and the velcro wraps around her ankles to hold them in place and the pull strap at the top keeps the snow out of the booties. I do fold the back leg boots over once before pulling the strap tight because they are a little higher in the back for her but still work great. This is the first pair that she hasn’t slipped out of before getting to the end of the driveway. They are flexible too which makes it easier for her to walk in them. The fleece inside keeps her paws nice and toasty too. Love the reflective strip for safety. I cannot say enough about how great they are. They dry off quickly too.

Nice quality but the size just doesn’t do it.
Nice quality but the size just doesn’t do it. My pup appears to be impossible to find boots that will fit and stay on her back paws. This is Minnesota and gets freaking cold (tomorrows HIGH will be -7 actual, -40 windchill) so we have to figure something out. These were fairly easy to get on her but she can’t keep the back ones on. Good return policy.

Purchased these boots for a cold weather pheasant hunt with my hunting dog. Even after cinching the boots on very tight, dog lost three boots within an hour in 3 inches of snow. Total disappointment as we had three days to go for the sub freezing hunt.

Good boots but expensive and do not last the season. Disappointing.
These were great boots. Easy to put on. Stayed on and my dog got used to them pretty quick. The problem is that they do not hold up to regular use. I had read a lot of reviews and was expecting at least one season out of them. That did not happen. I have a 110-pound Bullmastiff, and she wore through the “soles” of the boots in less than 2 months. That is an expensive disposable product. I would have been happy to get at least one season out of them but that did not happen. I am disappointed with the cost vs. value.

Durable! Stay on! Paw Potection!
I purchased two sets of these boots for my two 65 pound Golden Retrievers. I live in Texas and I purchased these boots to protect my dogs’ feet from the extremely coarse blacktop road surface and harsh chemicals which were causing their paw pads to be inflamed. I tried several boots before finding these that either would not stay on or would quickly fall apart. For the past 3 weeks, we have walked 5 miles a day and these boots are still in perfect shape and they have never come off during a walk. Note: we have also walked in rainy wet weather and these boots held up perfectly! My dogs feet were clean and mostly dry at the end of our walk. Big plus, I was able to remove the boots before the dogs entered the house so no mud tracked in! I also wiped the boots off and placed them in the dryer on the lowest setting and they come out great! I highly recommend these boots!

These dog boots fit our wire fox terrier’s pointy feet very well. Extremely easy to put on and tightens up well. No slipping down or off as we walk. Our dog adapted quickly on first wearing. Can’t emphasize enough how easily these boots are to get on. No struggle for him or us. Highly recommend. Be sure to measure!

Durable, easy to slip on. Others (twice as expensive) have lasted only one season and fell apart. Compared to others, these are like day and night.Many little things add to the overall quality. The top tie AND the velcro add up to a reliable non-slip boot. Especially on the back legs, velcro alone doesn’t cut it. Minor adjustments (relatively rare) can be handled easily with frozen fingers.

But, they would not stay on. The boot was too lose even with the velcro strap for a dog with a narrow leg with no long hair. The material surrounding the leg needs to me thinner to enable a grip.

I have bought shoes for my dog from various brands, but none of them have lasted long. They usually break within two weeks, lack quality, or don’t provide the necessary resistance. However, l have found this shoe that stands out from the rest. It is durable, soft, and comfortable for their dog.

These boots are fantastics! I have a 12 pounds mini poodle and wanted to walk during the winter with him. On top of the velcro straps, there is a pull cord on top of each boot and that what makes the difference!! I used to always loose my dog boots but not anymore. They are well done and easy to put on my dog. I walk around one kilometre everyday for reference. I am very glad to have found these boots!!
