Great machine with “bury waist” feature before dumping out the litter!
I love this self cleaning litter box. I’ve tried other automatic cleaning litter boxes before, this one has a unique feature that others don’t. I was surprised at first that this machine would move “half way” then went back to the original position, I thought it was not working. After I waited for the set wait time to clean (6 mins in my case), the machine went through the full cycle and dumped the litter. Later, I realized that the “half way” movement is “burying the waist” according to the app! This feature is awesome because it actually covers the litter and wait for it to dry before dumping out the litter minutes later, so if you have cats like mine that don’t cover their litter well, this feature is a life saver! Other litter boxes I had in the past didn’t “bury the waist”, so when it dumped out the litter, it made the machines dirty and I had to scrape them often.Highly recommend this machine!

A Game-Changer for Multi-Cat Homes—Near Flawless App Control!
As a household with two rather pampered and particular cats, manual scooping was starting to feel endless. The BNZ Self-Cleaning Litter Box promised a lot, and after a month of use, it has largely delivered. We placed it in the laundry room, and the open-top design was key for us; our male cat is large (16 lbs), and he prefers an unobstructed view, so this makes him much more comfortable than closed units.Setting up the Wi-Fi and the app control was straightforward. The App Control is the biggest pro—I love being able to check the status, schedule cleaning cycles for right after they use it, and receive notifications when the waste drawer is full. The safety sensors are highly effective; the machine stops instantly if either cat gets near during a cycle, providing serious peace of mind.The cleaning mechanism is very efficient and handles clumping litter well. I particularly appreciate that it includes both a scent cartridge (which does a decent job masking odors) and a supply of custom trash bags to get you started. My only significant con is that the rake sometimes doesn’t get all the sticky clumps right off the bottom if the litter level is slightly low, meaning I still occasionally have to scrape a corner, but this happens maybe once a week instead of twice a day.For the value it offers in time saved and constant cleanliness, this unit is well worth the investment for a multi-cat home. It’s quiet, reliable, and keeps the environment much fresher. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone with 2-3 cats and would buy it again in a heartbeat if needed.
