Good shampoo but not for extreme allergy cases
Really gentle and easy to use. It doesn’t smell (which is a plus) and leaves the coat shiny. So all in all, the quality is great. I had to combine it with a hydrocortisone lotion to resolve skin rash. The shampoo on its own wasn’t enough.

Fantastic and soothing shampoo for cats and dogs
As someone who used to work with a popular pet company, Virbac is definitely a trusted brand and for good reason. That being said, the many choices in pet shampoo can still be overwhelming so I really want to thank the reviewer who used it on her dog with hyperthyroidism. My sweet Oliver had been diagnosed with it several months ago and his coat has changed as a result. While he’s had dandruff here and there at times it had gotten noticeably bad. No amount of brushing was able to remove the blanket of dandruff on his skin alongside his lower back. This shampoo really made it a night and day difference after his one bath. I lathered it on and let it sit for 5 mins while massaging it in at the same time. I loved how it’s unscented and left his coat glossy. Highly recommended!

Good for allergy skin.
My French bulldog always gets a rash after bathing, even with unscented shampoos. After using this shampoo, he hasn’t had any allergies, and his coat is shiny. Bathe him in lukewarm water and rinse the shampoo thoroughly.

Great Product for my furbaby who is basically allergic to the world!
I’ve used one time on my poor allergic dog and it seemed to make a difference. It didn’t last more than a few days, but she is allergic to basically the world! I can’t complain about how it made her feel, because it did definitely reduce her itching for a few days, like 5 days minimum. I will continue to update if my opinion changes, but I do not think it will!
