Great for humans’ wound covering, too.
I ended up using most of these to re-cover my wrist surgery bandage when the original bandaging came off, but I still had one and a half weeks until it was supposed to come off.Each day I put a new layer of this over the stitches.Works like a miracle, easy to put in place, and stays in place well.

I recently had surgery, and needed to keep the stiches and wound covered for several weeks while I healed. I’m allergic to latex, and I wanted to wrap my hand up the same way the surgical team did. These rolls had good feedback, and the price was good too, so I tried them. I’m really pleased. Last time I bought this type of bandage, I got the “people” kind. They were ok, and very similar to what my doctor’s office uses. These wraps are so much better than those.They adhere to themselves very well (even better than the wrap my surgical team used). Once applied, they didn’t unravel, and stayed on until I deliberately removed them. They also weren’t ruined by water. Now, I’m not claiming they’re water-proof or anything, but when they got a little damp when I washed my hands, or rinsed a glass, they eventually air-dried. They didn’t come off, or need to be changed.Now, I’ve only used them on myself. Still, I think they’re probably a good option for relaxed pets too. A puppy or kitty that really wants to get rid of them is probably going to, but the self-stickiness and the dampness-tolerance would likely be advantageous.I’d buy again, and find it easy to recommend them.
