We didn’t notice a difference. My dog is young and fights to go to bed. She has temper tantrums . Gave her the proper dose 1 hour before bed. No calming effect notice.

Works amazing for our GSD mix
Our complex has been having the outside of all buildings redone. When it came to ours, our German Shepherd/Lab/Border Collie mix (who is always an anxious boy) was freaking out at all the banging, saw noises and people outside the windows. I looked thru lots of these kinds of products and reviews only seemed like small dogs benefited. At the time this one had 5 stars, so we decided to try. Wow. We gave our 83 lb boy the 80 lb dosage. It works great. He gets just chilled enough to be able to relax during construction and still play but isn’t shaking and barking and everything. Highly recommend.
