Wish I bought it sooner!
I bought this automatic litter box about a month ago and I absolutely love it! I wish I had gotten it sooner. My 4 year old cat figured it out right away and uses it with no problem. It is a little high, so I added a small step stool next to it to make it easier for him to get in and out. He does kick some of the litter out, but it’s not too big of a deal to me.I love that it works with normal clumping litter so I never have to scoop again! Also, the child lock feature is a big plus.. no worries about my toddler pressing buttons. Super convenient, easy to clean, and totally worth it!

I was hesitant about buying a new litter box. I have the litter robot 3 and after 5yrs it wasn’t the same. Slowly it would get stuck and not connect to the WiFi or you could smell the tray and the litter was so hard to clean off the machine, it was huge and bulky and just a pain. Super expensive too I had spent over 600$ on it. I decided to switch and get a new one and got this one. I saw how easy it was to deep clean it if need me compared to the litter robot and I loved that. Not only is it small and compact. But my girls used it in less than 6hrs, it works amazing and I don’t smell anything. It’s pretty sturdy. It was easy to set up and I am now tossing away my old litter robot. Great buy! I recommend it to everyone!

It’s all right, more affordable with fewer bells and whistles but does the job
With three indoor cats I reached the point of being totally over and done with litter boxes, even when I found a system that worked pretty well. Enter the age of automated cat litter boxes! I actually started using two, one was a big, expensive remote operated brand with an app for your phone, and this one. This one is decent, and I had no problem setting it up and being able to understand running it. The cats did use this in one room, but my older granny cat wasn’t having it and started to leave her stinkies on the floor where the old litter boxes use to be. Because she’s my age in cat years, I gave her a break, and put a box back for her. She’s an old fashioned gal who isn’t into modern technology.This model does fairly well, but I would not call it extra or deluxe. Its design works as the more expensive brands, but you do get what you pay for. The “ bowl” area is smaller, which makes the cat more cramped. Not awful, but this tends to make the cats poo above the litter line, which means the poo basically cements itself to side areas and won’t manage to clean and dump, I’ve had to use a litter scoop many times to scrape it enough to get in line for the drop off.I can’t really compare it to the big monster I got off vine last year, a behemoth of a litter box. Lots of bells and whistles, some which I haven’t even looked into using. Bigger litter bowl, more stability, quiet. But I will say for the most part these newfangled automatic litter boxes are worth looking into if you are fed up and done with the old way of doing the litter scoop everyday. I find with both models I have I use much less litter, change much less often because the waste is dumped into a pan within the unit, so there isn’t nearly the smell you get when kitty wants to go. With the exception of my granny cat, the other two took to the new design right away, didn’t resist, and really were intrigued with how the big bowl manages to move all on its own. Most of these things have sensors that stop the motion if a cat wants to investigate; that’s very important, they will be curious and you need to make sure there is a safety feature built in that allows for interruption of the process if the cat thinks he needs a better view up close to figure out what’s going on with this magic toilet bowl

1 year later NO PROBLEMS – happy with this time saving purchase
I have 1 picking shy 4 year old indoor only cat. This system is working out great. It is easy to clean. I can go 7 to 10 days before having to change the bag. 1 week is best. Easy to clean. 17 lbs of litter lasts about a month. Directions are easy to use / read. Smells have reduced over the last year. I do not use any of the Smart features currently so I can’t speak to that. I am very happy with this product and the price was great !! < $160 on sale. I would suggest this brand and size. Replacement bags are inexpensive. This was a good investment and big time saver! I read the other reviews before purchasing, I am pleased with this.

Needed for multicats w limited space!
I love this litter box. I have 2 cats, both american shorthairs about 1 year old. They like to use it back to back or at the same time. They easily poop 5-6 times a day so a manual scoop was NOT going to work with my lifestyle and work schedule cause that was scooping twice a day MINIMUM. And then it had attracted those little flies. Just ugh! But since ive had the pivot, no smell, no bugs, clean litter. Only thing that bothers me is the noise but its relatively quiet when the house is noisy. Its not loud but makes me thing of a food processor type of noise level. The bin fits a good week of waste and while i dont close it with the pull and go since it doesnt close all the way, i definitely smell it when opening the drawer, but thats 5 mins of smell vs consistent constant odor. I add the arm and hammer baking soda for litter boxes to the bags whenever i put a new one just for extra protection and there is what appears to be a little slot for a charcoal filter or something if wanted. Overall, great product. Not hard to clean. Cord is short so u may end up needing an extension cord depending on how for the outlet is. Mine is in the bathroom, and so far, no issues with steam or anything. Ive had it for about a month or two now and i hands down best purchase i couldve made. Was a bit concerned with the open design but no issues. Only thing with the mat is theres no non slip lines or anything so it moves all around making it not as efficient as it could be and one of the cats hates the texture and jumps right over it, but still pretty nice. Get it!!!+I used to use Purina tidy cats but i switched to Dr Elseys and i def noticed a difference in odor and how often they sneeze!
