Ten star quality and hands down the best I’ve ever had
I had a health practitioner suggest I increase protein intake and add in some game meats (venison, bison, elk) along with beef. I found Paleo Valley venison and beef sticks as a great solution to add these to my diet without a big bite in my budget. Paleo Valley provides several beef sticks that are all tasty and will appeal to a variety of consumer preferences though my personal favorite is the venison. All their sources are grass fed and finished, pasture raised and finished. You can instantly taste the difference in quality with your first bite. The sticks are firm and moist, nicely flavored and are simple to carry around as a quick snack or extra protein boost. I found I have less interest in sugary or carb-filled snacks by eating a quality protein source. Many other brands I’ve tried are hard, dry, heavily spiced and don’t really taste natural. Not so with Paleo Valley. As a company, I found them to be very health conscious and have other supplements available, along with really useful educational tips for a healthier lifestyle. I think it’s important to leave good reviews when I find something that’s exceptional quality and Paleo Valley fits that bill.

Love these!
I kept seeing these advertised on tv. I love beef jerky and sometimes beef sticks. I am kinda picky. I like jerky better then sticks so was a little worried of the price and not liking these. Im so glad I did! I think I like these as much as jerky! All the flavors are good. I like the jalapeno and the summer sausage the best. But I would turn down any of them. The summer sausages have a denser texture then the other flavors. Which isnt good or bad. The others have a soft texture. I was also worried about some of the reviews on quality. All mine were fresh and no mold. Some flavors are definitely harder to open then others. Nothing a quick snip or cut won’t fix. It seems to coincide with certain flavors were harder to open. Highly recommend.

Soft and delicious, but pricey (but worth it if you care about health)
Ugh, I wish these weren’t so pricey, but I know it’s because of the high-quality and I really do care about that. I’m willing to pay a bit more of grass-fed and finished meat. And these are the perfect quick snack. They’re delicious, they’re not hard and impossible to bite/chew like some meat sticks, and they give you clean nutrition. I didn’t find them particularly greasy either. The packaging is impossible to open, but I wonder if I got a bad set – all of them are fully sealed at the top where normally there are two pieces so that you can peel the package open. All of mine require scissors to cut open which is frustrating but not the end of the world. Again, not sure if that’s standard packaging or just a flaw on the ones I got. In any case, they are great and I have already repurchased!

Too many things to know,,,
Oh my Goodness ! I cannot explain how great this product is. It’s almost too hard to believe that they are all natural, 6gr. protein, 70cal. ,,, truthfully, I could go on and on but these have amazing flavor also and no refrigeration needed. I got the original flavor because I don’t like spicy things. I’m almost lost for words, I’m just going to buy many more bags for my children and grandchildren for Christmas !I would have loved to have had these available when my children were growing up. I spent a great deal of time trying to find any meats, especially deli type or snack meat that did not have Nitrates or Nitrites, was rarely successful, (1980’s, 90’s). Most everyone I spoke to at stores, deli’s, butchers,,, not many of these people even knew what Nitrites were or why I cared. I can even through them in my purse. I’m just very excited.*The only thing they could have done better, would be to make the expiration date more clearly marked.Thank you for this product. Tami

Great little snack. Perfect size to stick in purse. I was worried they would be dry and tasteless but they are very flavorful and have just the right fat to protein content. The jalapeño has some heat to it. My husband loves it but I can eat just a little at a time but still flavorful.

Excellent snack
These Paleo grass-fed beef sticks are excellent. They’re very good. Very tasty and satisfy when you just want a little something. They are not dry or greasy protein content is excellent.

Not enough flavor
It’s a pepperoni stick waaaaaaay overpriced, in my opinion. I bought the multipack for $73 on Black Friday. Had a jalapeno this morning. Very mild flavor. Couldn’t tell it was jalapeno. Did not leave a nasty taste in my mouth which some “pepperoni sticks” do. Would make a good snack in the office. I too found it mushy, but that wasn’t off-putting. The price is the reason for the 3 stars.

Good but packaging is difficult
These are super tasty and will always get these to snack on. Only downfall is that the packaging can get stuck together and it is hard to get the beef stick out.
