How is the waterproof performance of the heating pad?
The pad is waterproof, so pet accidents like urine won’t pose a safety risk. However, it’s not advisable to fully submerge the pad in water. Please use only with 110-120V AC.
Why does the heating pad warm up slowly or not feel hot to the touch?
The colder the surrounding environment, the more heat tends to dissipate. We do not recommend using the pad outdoors. For colder conditions, covering your pet with a blanket will help retain heat.
Can the heating pad be folded?
Folding the pad may damage the internal heating wires, causing it to stop working. Please avoid folding the heating pad.

Awesome, great find, nice quality product, you won’t regret buying it 🙂
Big enough for 2 or 3 full size cats (unless you by chance also have a jealous cat who refuses to share sometimes lol). My cats have used it every day and love it. Highly recommend, very nice settings, love the timer and multiple heating levels. The anti chew cord cover is also excellent if your pets end to chew on things.

Love, the fact it’s thermostatically controlled to a specific temperature
I love this heating pad and the fact that it is thermostatically controlled. I can set the temp and leave it. I use it for sick cats and kittens and it has worked beautifully. And the cover is easy to clean. Highly recommend.

Perfect for cats.
My cats LOVE this product. Pretty simple to use and safe. Medium size is just the right size for two cats. Had to buy a second one as they wouldn’t stop fighting for the one in the picture.

Waste of money
Never really heated up to expected temperatures and only worked for a few months. Now less than a year later it’s worthless.

On high will keep temperature in cat house at 54 degrees when outdoor temp is 52
Basically, it will keep the animal from freezing. So far it doesn’t seem to get hot while on the highest setting. I did test it at the lowest setting for 3 days, then bumped it up a notch at time and held it for 3 days. I have a small thermometer inside the enclosure with an external reader so I can see the inside temp and the outside temp at the same time. Basically, there are at least two cats out of five who use it when it’s cold out. This is set up in an out building in the Pacific Northwest. I’m not certain it would do much good in a colder climate.

My cat loves it!
I placed this heating pad beneath my kitty’s favorite blanket and I think he slept on it all day. The controller allows you to adjust the heat level and select a timline to have it turn off. I really appreciate the timer feature so it doesn’t run continuously during the day when I turn it on in the morning.The default heat setting is the fourth level. It is barely warm below the default. I’ve been running it on the fifth level which is mildly warm feeling through the blanket. If you like to spoil your furry friend this will be a welcome addition to its favorite snoozing spot.

My outdoor cats love this heating pad! I like how sturdy it is and that the cord is very strong. It’s wonderful to have so many heat settings and a timer that spans 24 hours.
