Good quality
Works well, the cord is strong, the grip fits my hand well and the leash retracts smoothly. Not too heavy so it’s controlled carry around. Very easy to use.

Great leash for small dogs
Leash retracts very smoothly and quickly without pulling too hard on my small dog and has yet to get tangled. Feels solid for the size and weight, and comfortable to hold even with my large hands. Would have preferred a lock button instead of a lock slider, otherwise no complaints. Great value for the cost.

One out of two leashes broke after a short while—good customer service.
We got two of these leashes and within a month or so, one of them broke. The fabric part completely ripped from the handle. I started a replacement return, and the company immediately started the process of sending me a new one before having received the broken one back. I appreciate that. Hopefully this new one will be more durable and it was just a fluke. My dog does pull very hard when she sees other dogs. Otherwise, I like these leashes. They’re long and they don’t have the stopper than most similar leashes have so you can really rein in the dog if they tend to be runners.

Great leash for the price!
This leash is great! Smooth retractability, both in and out while walking my dog in a big open yard. The length is great to give her freedom but also rein it in when she sees an animal! Recommend.

This button for retracting sometimes sticks. It takes a bit to get used to. But for the price, what do you expect. I am happy with the purchase because it functions great these past 3 months for our daily walks. Easy. Controls dog. Still works.

Great leash for my old big guy
Really good quality leash. My dog is about 80lbs, and even though this leash isn’t really meant for heavy pullers, it works perfectly for us because he’s an old boy now, he doesn’t pull or run anymore. It’s just right for his short daily walks. Comfortable to hold, retracts smoothly, and feels sturdy enough for what we need. Super happy with it!

I’ve ordered a lot of products through Amazon. Most have been excellent. But sometimes, there’s the occasional order that is so bad that I’d much rather eat the money I lost than to send it back just so it can be shipped out to someone else. This is one of those cases.I have 3 dogs that I absolutely adore. So when I order something for one of them, my OCHD goes into OD & I will research for days before picking the absolute best one. So when I saw this enrgticdg 16Ft Retractable Dog Leash, it had everything that I was looking for. My girl Ali is afraid of everything. Including my current extra large retractable dog leash. From what I could tell on the product page, there were 2 sizes, 1 smaller than the other. There’s even this gorgeous little girl holding it so I know it’s small enough so Ali‘s not gonna be afraid of it. It’s also 16 feet long so she’s not tethered to my waist.But when I got it, so many things were wrong. I’m unable to write about the first thing due to “community guidelines” but let’s just say I knew there was something wrong as soon as I laid my eyes on it. Two, it was Used. I’m talking dirty, scratchy, just nasty Used. But the best part was there’s no actual leash on it. It was broken off, torn out, not really sure. But it wasn’t there. It’s a blue piece of plastic with a button on it. And not even the right piece of plastic. It was supposed to be white and turquoise. The one I got is a navy blue flexi® that I had never seen. When I looked it up, it says that they are, “The most reliable retractable leash in the world.” But by the looks of this leash that I received, I would strongly have to disagree. It literally looks like it’s been run through a trash compactor after being run over and dragged by a dump truck & then found its way to me. Yay!I contacted customer service &, of course, this amazingly sweet customer service rep calls me back who is apologizing for everything that’s gone wrong when none it was Amazon‘s fault. I ended it with the, “haha I told you” speech from my family. From now on, I’ll definitely do alot less researching & just go with a brand I know. Would in no way reorder. Would not recommend to anyone. Would not even regift. This is going straight on the trash train express. Toot Toot!! 1 Star★✰✰✰✰
